Refund Policy
The following refund policy outlines the conditions and procedures for obtaining refunds for bookings made with Servbix:
Cancellation by the Customer:
1.1. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Servbix in writing or via the designated cancellation process as communicated to you at the time of booking.
1.2. The refund amount will depend on the time of cancellation and the specific tour or service booked.
1.3. The following cancellation fees may apply:
Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the scheduled start date of the tour or service: 50% cancellation fee (refund of 50% of the total booking amount).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date of the tour or service or in case of no-show: No refund.
Cancellation by Servbix:
2.1. In the event that Servbix needs to cancel or reschedule a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or insufficient bookings, you will be offered an alternative option or a full refund.
2.2. Servbix will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellations, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related costs.
Refund Process:
3.1. Refund requests must be made in writing to Servbix, providing all necessary details, including booking reference, customer name, and reason for the refund.
3.2. Servbix will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the refund request.
3.3. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Non-Refundable Services:
4.1. Some tours, excursions, or services may be non-refundable. The non-refundable nature of these services will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.
4.2. Non-refundable services may include, but are not limited to, third-party ticket purchases, special events, or activities with limited availability.
Changes to Refund Policy:
5.1. Servbix reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately for new bookings, while existing bookings will be subject to the refund policy in place at the time of booking.
