Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the services provided by Servbix, a Mauritius travel and excursions agency. By booking a tour, excursion, or any other service with Servbix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment:
1.1. To make a booking with Servbix, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and any other individuals included in the booking.
1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made through the accepted methods specified by Servbix.
1.3. All prices quoted by Servbix are in the specified currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation and Refunds:
2.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Servbix. The cancellation date will be the date on which the written request is received by Servbix.
2.2. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the time of cancellation and the specific tour or service booked. The applicable cancellation fees will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
2.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the refund policy specified by Servbix. Certain services may be non-refundable.
2.4. Servbix reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative option or a full refund.
Travel Documentation and Responsibilities:
3.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess the necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any other required permits, for the duration of your trip.
3.2. Servbix is not liable for any issues or additional expenses incurred due to the absence or inadequacy of required travel documents.
3.3. You are responsible for complying with all customs, immigration, and health requirements of Mauritius or any other destination visited during your trip.
Travel Insurance:
4.1. Servbix strongly recommends that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, loss or damage to personal belongings, and personal liability.
4.2. It is your responsibility to arrange and provide proof of adequate travel insurance coverage before the start of your trip.
Limitation of Liability:
5.1. Servbix acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transportation companies). We are not responsible for any actions, errors, omissions, or negligence of these service providers.
5.2. Servbix is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense caused directly or indirectly by any event beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, or acts of government.
5.3. Servbix's liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
Personal Conduct:
6.1. You are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other travelers, Servbix staff, and any individuals or communities encountered during your trip.
6.2. Servbix reserves the right to cancel your booking or refuse further services if your behavior is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or a threat to the safety or enjoyment of others.
Privacy and Data Protection:
7.1. Servbix collects and stores personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. By using Servbix's services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the privacy policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mauritius.
8.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
